This text provides the general framework for the sale, payment, digital delivery and support of an eSIM plan purchased online.
Order and digital delivery
The order becomes final after payment approval. When ready, the QR code and installation information appear in the user account and may also be sent to the order email address.
Cancellation and refunds
For plans that have not been activated or could not be technically delivered, refund eligibility is assessed under the plan conditions, supplier status and applicable law. Withdrawal exceptions may apply to activated digital content.
Records and disputes
Electronic order, payment and delivery records may be retained as transaction evidence. This general template should be updated from the administration panel with the business details and applicable law, and reviewed by legal counsel.
