FAQ
What do I need to become a reseller?
You need to be an operating business and complete the application form. After review, we share a suitable plan and commercial terms with you.
How do payments work?
You top up a prepaid balance and each order is deducted from it. Approved resellers can be given a credit limit. If balance plus credit is not enough, the order is not created.
Do I have to use the API?
No. You can place orders from the reseller portal. The API is for resellers who want to integrate with their own website or booking system.
How is the eSIM delivered to my customer?
When an order completes, the QR code and activation details are available in the portal and the API response, so you can pass them to your customer through your own channel.
Can unused eSIMs be cancelled?
You can request cancellation for eSIMs that have not been installed or activated; if the provider accepts, the amount is returned to your balance.
When will I hear back about my application?
Applications are reviewed in order and the result is sent to your email address. We will contact you if we need more information.
